INCLUDED IN ALL BURNING MAN RV RENTAL AGREEMENTS

Burning Man RV Rentals
  •  If your Coach is to be delivered to the Playa, your coach will be available on [TBD].

  • Class A Motorhome Rentals will deliver the Coach to your camp ONLY when you or your Camp Manager is there to direct/assist our drivers with placement.

  • Your Burning Man vehicle passes will be provided, and BLM fees are included with your rental for all coaches and RVs we deliver to the Playa.

  • Burning Man vehicle passes and BLM fees will NOT be provided for those Coaches and Trailers picked up in Reno or other locations. It is your responsibility to purchase these items prior to the event.

  • On coaches picked up in the Reno Airport area, we include the fuel needed to get the coach to the Reno Airport and back to our Southern California facility.  We do not include fuel needed to get you to the Playa and back to Reno.

  • When receiving your coach in Reno, you may pick it up from our location at the Grand Sierra Hotel and RV Resort starting at 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. [TBD].  Returning your coach may start on [TBD] and must be returned no later than 8p.m. [TBD].  Late returns starting [TBD] will be billed at $500 per day.  Security deposits will be returned starting [TBD].

  • Your Coach will be delivered to you with filled water and propane tanks and will have empty black and grey water holding tanks.

  • We do not provide water fills or holding tank dumping during the event. You must pre-arrange that with the outside vendors. We can assist you with recommendations for these services. These items must be pre-arranged and prepaid to those vendors.


You will receive unlimited generator run time and our Housekeeping Kit*  (as explained below).  A prepaid cleaning service fee will include:

  • Removal of up to 6 bags of trash.

  • Normal cleaning of outside dust and inside dusting and vacuuming of Coach.

  • Removal of all linens for cleaning.

  • We will be prepping all Coaches windows and floors for sealing from the elements, and to help you protect the Coaches.

*Additional cleaning fees of $70.00 per hour will apply for all the following services required to clean your rental upon return:

  • Any trash or food items left behind in the Coach in/on the counters, cabinets, refrigerators, sinks, floors, bedrooms, closets, etc.

  • Additional bags of trash, left in or outside unit for disposal.

  • Stains to carpet or counters will be charged and damage to inside of motor home will be charged to customers at replacement and labor fees.

  • Stains to linens that cannot be washed out, will be charged to client for new linens required.

Shipping Your Items for Pre-Loading of Your Rented Coach:

 

  • You may ship items to us for delivery within your coach. These items must be received by, [TBD]. Any items not received at our facility by this date will be refused delivery.

  • Any items you would like sent back to you after the “Burn,” MUST be repackaged by you in boxes, with prepaid return addressed shipping labels attached to the outside of your package.

 

Coach Rental Insurance Coverage:

  • RV rental insurance needs to be provided by you by way of an ‘insurance binder’ provided by your insurance company.

  • Any damage done to the vehicle while in your care is YOUR responsibility.

  • Even if we place the Coach for you, any damage done to the vehicle while parked at your camp, is your responsibility. This includes any damage done to the electrical systems of the coach or RV.

  • Please do not allow people to park bicycles against the RV. It will scratch the RV and you will be billed for its repair. The same is true for tape or other items placed on the paint or interior of the Coach.

  • We require a $2,500 security deposit with each rental.


Returning Your Coach:
Returning your coach may start on Saturday Sept 3rd and must be returned no later than 8p.m. [TBD].  Late returns starting [TBD] will be billed at $500 per day.  Security deposits will be returned starting [TBD].

We encourage you to reserve your RV now for the best selection, and, most importantly, to avoid the headaches of trying to find one later. Don't let the good ones go!
